Alberta Food Safety Basics for Special Events

To work at special events in the province of Alberta, all food service staff are required to take a certification course. Every staff member must complete the free online course (will take approximately 20 - 30 minutes to complete). Certifications are valid for 3 years. Once you have completed the course, please save your certificate as a PDF with your name and the title, and then submit your file with the AB Food Safety Certificate Upload Button.
